White wine vinegar flavored with a combination of basil and garlic cloves turns a beautiful rosy colored purple from the purple basil. Excellent on your salad, add just a little to your salad with olive oil and you can also sprinkle a little of the Italian Blend mix over the salad for a great Italian dressing. Great for meat marinades and pasta salads.
